This is to inform you that the Property Management Office will resume the second phase of the repainting works of 2F Loading Dock tomorrow, November 26, 2021 at 8PM until December 1, 2021 at 5AM.
Dear Tenants,
It is again the time of the year and Holiday season is fast approaching. During this holiday season, decorating homes and businesses is a long-time tradition. Unfortunately, these decorations increase the chances of fire. ln order to ensure a safe and delightful Holiday season for everyone, all tenants of A.T. Yuchengco Centre must adhere to the following:
1. All decorations must not block or cover any part of the CCTV, Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System. Cameras, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights, Exit Lights, Hallway lighting leading to exits must not be covered. Exits must not be blocked or hidden.
2. Inspect and test all electrical decorations for any damage before use. It should passed the standards and with mark of PS (Philippine Standard), ICC (International Certificate of Competence) or equivalent. Cracked or damaged sockets, bare wires and loose connections may cause a serious shock or can start a fire. Never attempt to fix the faulty lights, replaced them.
3. Do not overload electrical outlets. Never connect more than three strings of lights. More than three strands may not only trip a circuit breaker, but can also cause fire.
4. Protect electrical cords from damage. To avoid shock or fire hazards, cords should never be pinched by furniture, forced into small spaces such as doors or windows, placed under rags, located near heat sources or attached by nails or staples.
5. Do not place extension cords where they could cause a tripping hazard, like doorways, hallways and exits.
6. Do not mount or support light strings in a way that it might damage the power cord’s insulation.
7. Keep hallways, stairs and doorways properly illuminated and free of clutter and other objects that could hinder an escape during an emergency.
8. Turn off and unplug all decorations when leaving your workplaces or stores.
9. Do not use electrical ornaments or light strings on the artificial trees with metallic leaves or branch coverings. This might damage the cord’s insulation and cause electrical shock.
10. Avoid using sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, acoustic ceiling boards and T-runners to hang your decorations.
11. Never use an open flame or candle in your decorations and avoid placing any liquid near your electrical sources.
12. Know the locations of Fire Extinguishers.
Kindly disseminate information to all concern personnel within your business units.

Please be advised that the monthly pest control activity for the month of September is scheduled on September 24 & 25, 2021.
In connection with this activity, we are requesting assistance to access your office floors. Please see attached corresponding schedules per area.
PMO will oversee the service provider while conducting the said activity.
If the tenant refused treatment upon arrival of technicians despite their confirmation, a mobilization fee of Php 100.00 will be charged to the tenant to cover the cost of labor and transportation.
Furthermore, the Statement of Accounts (SOAs) will be sent to your respective offices on a later date.

Dear Tenants,
On Saturday, October 2, 2021, A. T. Yuchengco Centre will conduct disinfection of the building common areas. Areas within the building covered by the disinfection includes main lobbies, hallways, fire exits, elevator car lifts and lobby areas, male and female comfort rooms, machine room, AHU rooms, electrical rooms, and PMO offices.
The activity will start at around 10am and will be conducted by our service partner, Buildtime Contractors Corporation (Fog2Zero). Estimated time for the disinfection process of all the building common areas to be completed is at around 6pm of the same day.
The disinfection process will be a combination of wiping of high contact surfaces with disinfectants, UV and steam sterilization, and dry fogging.
We would also like to remind all of our tenants to conduct their own regular disinfection at their leased area.
Let us all work together to stop the spread of any disease and maintain our building a safe work place for everyone.

At 2PM today, Service Elevator will be temporarily unavailable to give way for its emergency repair. The repair should be done immediately and can no longer be delayed for safety reasons.
Duration of the repair will take until midnight of Sunday, October 3, 2021. After which, routine safety inspection will be conducted to ensure that the elevator car lift is at its best possible working condition for the safety of all its passengers. On Monday, October 4, 2021, Service Elevator is expected to be operational.
Also, starting tomorrow, Saturday, adjacent car lift (Executive Elevator) needs to be parked and non-operational as well for safety reasons.
While the 2 elevators (Service and Executive elevator) are not operational, PE 4 and 7 will be manually operated serving both YGC and non-YGC floors with schedule as follow:
PE 4 (Executive Elevator) - whole day; from October 2 to 3
PE 7 (Service Elevator) - starts at 2PM today until October 3

Threat of the COVID-19 is still out there and with the presenceof the new variant which is more contagious, the Property Management Office has adapted to the Quick Response (QR) code contact tracing application developed by StaySafe.ph for faster and more effective means ofdoing thecontact tracing. This is also part of the building’s compliance with the Local Government of Taguig with regards to COVID-19 protocols by usingStaySafe.ph as contact tracing app. The QR codes are already availableand posted on all entry pointsfor all the building occupants, employees, clients and visitors who wish to enter A.T. Yuchengco Centre.
To accomplish the contact tracing form, all individuals must follow thesesimplesteps:
1.Using your mobile phone, open the camera or any QR code scanner appand scan the QR code posted on entry points of the building.
2.A link will pop up and you must click the link so youwill be redirected to the web-based form.You must have your mobile internet connectivity for this to work.
3.In the web-based form, fill outcompletely and honestlythe health survey and profile form.
4.Present the duly accomplished and submitted formtothe Security Personnel on duty.
5.In case you don’t have access to mobile internet connectivity, ahard copy of the Health Checklist Form is available.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) announced yesterday thru Memorandum no. 97, s.2021 the new schedule of the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) which will be held tomorrow, September 16, 2021, Thursday at 8:00AM.
A.T. Yuchengco Centre will participate by playing an announcement thru the building’s public address system to encourage everyone to participate and perform the "DUCK, COVER & HOLD" position once the event started. Full evacuation drill will not be conducted to minimize business impact.
For those who will participate and perform the duck, cover and hold position, kindly take photos of your workplace showing all the participants and share it to us by sending it to our helpdesk email at helpdesk.atycpmo@landev.com.ph for documentation purposes.

On Sunday, September 19, 2021, Emergency Power of the building will be temporary unavailable starting at 9am until 6pm of the same date.
This is to give way for the repair of the power cables of Genset no. 2 connected to the building’s emergency power. The temporary shutting OFF of the emergency power is needed for safety related concerns.
For the duration of the activity, there is no scheduled power interruption as confirmed with Meralco that might affect the supply of power of our building.
With this, may we ask for your early preparation such as shutting down, backing-up of your critical loads, if possible, as a precautionary measures.
We apologize for the inconvenience and rest assured that we are closely monitoring the activity and our service partners are present in the activity.

Today, June 02, 2021, National Grip Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) implemented Manual Load Dropping (MLD) due to limited available generating capacity across Luzon Grid. By doing this MLD, NGCP will maintain the integrity of the power system and ensures continuous transmission of power across Luzon Grid. Please see the daily power supply situation update below.

On Monday, October 14, 2019 from 9:00am to 3:00pm, the building generator units will be operated with no load.
This activity is required to give way for the emission testing of the building generator units in compliance to RA 8749 (Philippine Clean Air Act) and pre-requisite in securing PTO (Permit to Operate) for the building generator units.
During the activity, power supply across the building will still be supplied by the utility (MERALCO). In the event of any disturbance from the normal or utility power, the power will just be transferred automatically from normal to emergency (from MERALCO supplied to generator supplied).

- For Tenants and building employees, wear your company ID before entering the building.
- All belongings, except liquid containers must be placed on the XRay Scanner conveyor for scanning upon entry, otherwise access will be denied.
- After putting all belongings on the Xray machine, he/she must enter through the metal detector.
Exception: Those with medical conditions that react to the metal detector may inform the guard and the guard will perform manual frisking and guide him/her to the exit lane for his entry.
- For employees, withdraw the items from the conveyor of the Xray machine and proceed to the elevator lobby.
- For guests and clients, withdraw the items form the conveyor of the Xray machine and proceed to the reception area for the visitor's pass.
Please be informed that PMO Engineering will conduct Public Address / Background Music testing on December 8, 2018 (Saturday) from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Please be informed that RSBCC PMO Engineering will conduct the Monthly WITH LOAD TEST of GENSETS on September 29, 2018 (Saturday). Expect transfer of power from COMMERCIAL MERALCO to EMERGENCY GENSET and vice-versa between 10:00am to 1:00pm.
